Some of these words really feel deep. And then you start thinking about them. And you realize - did the writer know what he was writing about?  How can getting your heart's desire ever be a tragedy? The only case (that I can think of) is if someone's desire is immortality. Since exceptions prove the rule, hence ..my logical brain says - this axiom fails the Common Sense Test.

WTF

I am just back from the club. Need to write this up before I forget. Some random Polish dude comes up to me and tells me that I am handsome. Then the next second claims that he is not gay. Then when I decline his offer of dancing with him, makes off with 3 coronas that he put on my tab !!!

I think I am too much of a nice guy :(

Observation

There are some things that cause me so much aggravation... I take the Chicago El to work. I have noticed a simple fact on it. People don't get rid of their backpacks. Never. Not even when the train is jam packed at rush hour. How freaking tough is it to see that taking the backpack off will take the significant congestion away from the car?
I had high regards for the median IQ of the white race. I am beginning to rethink. :D
